Educational Qualification:
i) Class – VIII pass.
ii) Must have up-to-date India Driving Licence (West Bengal),
iii) Efficiency in driving cars/light motor vehicles of different categories,
iv) Knowledge of Automobile mechanisms.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as of the date of application.

The application requires an examination fee, of Rs. 500/- for general category and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST (West Bengal). Exempted category applicants are not charged.
