For Female Candidates:-
i. 100m race in 18 seconds
ii. 800m race in 4 minutes
iii. Long Jump: 2.7m in 3 chances
iv. High Jump: 0.9m in 3 chances

CISF Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Candidates have to clear one and a half computer-based test, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET) PST/PET; Candidates will then be recruited on the basis of a medical examination.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) (See the Application form’s link given below).
Candidates have to apply online only through the www.ssc.nic.in website.
Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. All the verification will be done in due course.
