Anandhara-District Office Nadia is recruiting for 12 posts of District Level Trainer (DLT) for imparting training on various topics related to SHG and Rural Development. Eligible candidates, who must be residents of Nadia district and fulfill certain criteria, will be recruited on remuneration basis. Eligibility Criteria for DMMU Nadia Recruitment 2024
Educational qualification:- District Level Trainer (DLT)
- At least higher secondary pass. A higher level degree/diploma will be preferred.
- Should have clear and sound knowledge of SHIS/ SHG-based federations, accounting, auditing, financial inclusion, working of NUR PIP process etc.
- Must have training and communication skills.
- Must be knowledgeable and physically fit willing to learn new skills.
- Willing to move outside Block/State/District if necessary.
experience:-
(i) Can be an active SHG Member/Association/Mahasarigha Leader/Ex-GPRP/Ex-ORP/NGO Worker having 3 years experience as an expert in training of SHG Leaders/SHG Federation Leaders in various components.
(ii) Should be a resident of Nadia district.
age limit:- Candidates Age Limit Minimum Age 21 Years Maximum Age 55 Years.
Selection Process for DMMU Nadia Recruitment 2024
Selection Procedure:
Written Test of 80 Marks (Question Pattern – MCQ Type)
General Knowledge – 10 Marks
Basic Mathematics – 10 Marks (10th Standard)
Elementary English – 10 Marks (10th Standard)
SHG related – 50 marks
Interview: 20 Marks
Syllabus for written examination:
Matters related to NRLM and Rural Development.

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.

Applications should be submitted between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days at the prescribed address. Deadline for submission is August 9, 2024 Applications must be completed in the prescribed format and supported by all required documentation to be considered
