Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army Recruitment 2024
Educational qualification:-
1. Direct Entry Habildar –
Sports Achievements –
Representatives in any of the sports and games mentioned above shall be selected from among:-
(AA) Junior/Senior level medalists for individuals representing the state in national competitions or representing the country at international level (Indl events).
(ab) The individual shall represent a state or country in national or international competition at junior/senior level (team event).
(ac) Individuals should be medalists at Khelo India Games and Youth Games or above.
age limit: Age limit for enrollment will be 17 ½ to 25 years should complete 17 ½ on first day of enrollment and should not exceed 25 years on last day of enrollment.
2. Direct Entry Naib Subedar –
- The minimum educational qualification will be Matriculation.
Sports Achievements:-
(a) Any medal won at the World Championships/Asian Championships.
(ab) A person must have won a medal in the Asian Games.
(ac) Any medal winner in CWG/ World Cup.
(ad) Represented India twice in Asian Games/Commonwealth Games/World Cup. (a) Represented India in Olympics.

Selection Process for Indian Army Recruitment 2024
Selection Process for Direct Entry Habildar and Naib Subedar Posts in Indian Army Shortlisted applicants receive call-up letters for trial at designated Army Centres. These trials include physical fitness tests, physical standards tests and skill assessments tailored to specific sports disciplines. Eligible candidates undergo a medical examination at the trial site. Selection is dependent on all criteria and availability of vacancies in the respective sports category.

Application Process for Indian Army Recruitment 2024
Eligible and interested candidates can apply for Indian Army Direct Entry Habildar and Naib Subedar Posts, Candidates must first download application form from official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Application should be filled neatly and accurately on A4 size paper as per given format. Only one application should be submitted per candidate.
