KVS Recruitment 2024 Notification for Teaching & Non-Teaching

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Adra is recruiting for PGT, TGT, PRT, and Other Posts. The vacancies for the said post are on a Part-Time Contractual basis. Eligible and interested candidates are invited for a walk-in interview. Required educational qualifications and other details for informational purposes only in the interest of job-seekers, are given below in brief —

KVS Adra Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

(1) PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) [English, Hindi, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography Economics]

Essential – 02 years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc course from Regional College of Education of NCERT in concerned subject;
or
Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University.

(2) PGT Computer Science

Essential – Candidates must have a B.E. or B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) Degree or Diploma from a recognized University or equivalent from an Institute/University recognized by Govt. of India
or
B.E or B. Tech. (Any Stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer from a recognized University.
or
M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA or equivalent from a recognized University.
or
B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA or equivalent and Master’s Degree in the subject from a recognized University.
or
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

(3) PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) [Science, Social Science, Sanskrit]

Essential – Four years Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate.

(4) PRT (Primary Teacher)

Essential – Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Eligibility to teach in Hindi and English medium.

(5) Computer Instructor

Essential – Candidates must have an M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or B.E./B.Tech from a recognized university. (Computer Science/IT) should have.
or
MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized University.
or
Post Graduate (Mathematics/Science) with B.Sc. (Computer Science component including at least 1/3 science courses)/ BCA from a recognized University.

Time: 9:00 AM

All candidates should bring original and xerox copies of all certificates and testimonials along with the application form available on the website.
