Eligibility Criteria

i) Candidate should be a retired officer of Public Sector Commercial Bank/RRB in Scale-III or above.

ii) Candidate should be working as Branch Manager/Sr. Manager/Credit Officer in rural/semi-urban branches of West Bengal for at least 5 years and having adequate experience in microfinance activities involving SHGs in rural areas.
iii) Candidate should have ability to travel extensively in rural areas for performance of duties.
iv) Candidates should normally be residents of West Bengal (preferably East Midnapore) and should not be more than 61 years of age.
